By U.S. ArmyApril 19, 2012

It's spring and time for tree and shrub spraying on post. V. T. Group tree-spraying crews will be in the following areas between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. The schedule is subject to change because of weather or unforeseen circumstances.

April 30 - May 3 and May 7: 00 through 1000 areas

May 7-10 and May 14: 1400 through 2300 areas

May 14-17 and May 21: 2400, 3200, 3300, and 3400 areas

May 21-24 and May 29: 3500 through 5700 areas

May 29-31 and June 4: 2500 through 3100, and 4000 through 4700 areas

June 4-7: 5900, 6000, 6100, 6600, 6700 and 6900 areas, as well as areas and spots unsprayed because of troop training, high winds, rain, equipment failure, etc., that were bypassed to keep on schedule.

When tree-spraying crews are in your area, try to avoid the area as much as possible. If you have a vehicle parked in the vicinity, rinse your vehicle down with water as soon as the crew has finished. Over-spray may spot some colors of paint, particularly if the paint does not have a clear coat and hasn't been waxed in a while.
