FORT GEORGE G. MEADE, Md. (April 12, 2012) -- Capt. Daniel E. McCarey (left) receives the 241st Military Police Detachment's guidon from Master Sgt. Robert Y. Halstead, detachment first sergeant, during a change of command ceremony Friday at McGill Training Center.
McCarey assumed command from Capt. Randy M. Schilling, the Directorate of Emergency Services' new operations officer. The detachment supports both Fort Meade and the U.S. Army Military District of Washington.
