ASC Soldier mentors local Boy Scouts

ROCK ISLAND ARSENAL, Ill. - Brig. Gen. Thomas Harvey, Army Sustainment Command deputy commanding general for operations, speaks to members of Boy Scout Pack 664 from Davenport, Iowa, and their advisors on March 31. Harvey shared his own Boy Scout badges he earned from years ago and explained how the program taught him how to become a great leader. The gathering concluded with the group participating in the flag retreat ceremony with several ASC Soldiers at the Rock Island Arsenal flagpole.
