• On March 7, The Quad Cities Chapter of the National Contract Management Agency (NCMA) welcomed Jeremy Becker Welts, who discussed Organizational Conflicts with approximately 50 Army Contracting Command-Rock Island employees during a Lunch and Learn event. Becker Welts has more than 25 years of experience in government contracting and currently works for the Corps of Engineers Legal department on construction projects in Iraq and Afghanistan. He was recently presented with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Middle East District Attorney of the Year, for the second consecutive year.

Wysoske with an NCMA Lifetime Certified Profession Contracts Manager (CPCM) designation at a Lunch and Learn event on March 7. Wysoske is chief of the Contract Closeout Branch, Reachback Division at ACC-RI. The Lifetime CPCM is awarded to those contracting professionals who have been continuously certified for at least 20 years and have an NCMA designation in good standing.
