State Partnership Program interview

USAREUR Commander, Lieutenant General Mark Hertling, visits Vermont Army National Guard soldiers and Republic of Macedonia Aviators at a tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) Briefing during a State Partnership Program event. The event took place in Skopje, Republic of Macedonia. The National Guard Members and Aviators were sharing TTPs with one another to further their job expertise and to form bonds with one another. This event was part of the State Partnership Program that the Vermont National Guard has with the Republic of Macedonia and the program focuses on facilitating cooperation across all aspects of international civil-military affairs and encouraging people-to-people ties at the state level. Vermont Army National Guard Soldiers were from A Company Detachment 2 1-224th S&S, Charlie Company 3-126th Aviation, and Joint Force Headquarters.
