Santa and members of The United States Army Band "Pershing's Own" entertained staff members of the Joint Force Headquarters - National Capital Region and the U.S. Army Military District of Washington (JFHQ-NCR/MDW) during the 2011 Holiday Social at Fort McNair's gym 15 Dec.
Guests feasted on ham, turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy as well as various pies and cakes.
Members of the administration directorate (J1) received runner-up in the Command's door decorating contest, with top honors going to the budget directorate (J8). Santa delivered presents via random selection to attendees as well as posed for photographs during the event.
