TRADOC band brings holiday spirit
NEWPORT NEWS, Va. -- Brig. Gen. Robert Dyess, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command, addresses the audience during the TRADOC band holiday concert at the Ferguson Center in Newport News, Va., Dec. 8.
