FORT RUCKER, Ala. (December 1, 2011) -- The Fort Rucker Physical Fitness Facility will hosts its annual Mistletoe 5K event Dec. 10 with registration from 7:30-8:45 a.m. and the run starting at 9 a.m. Participants are encouraged to pre-register at either the Fortenberry-Colton or Andrews PFF.
Forms are available at either PFF or printable off the MWR website.
The free 1-mile fun run is open to all children and will begin after the 5K race is completed. Each Fun Run participant will receive a medal. Costs are $12 per person (no shirt option); $100 for teams of eight (each additional person pays normal registration fee, includes shirt); and $20 per person (with shirt) by Saturday, or $25 (with shirt) per person after Saturday. People who register after Saturday will receive T-shirts while supplies last, while pre-registered will receive T-shirts. Refreshments will be provided.
