Under Secretary of the Army, HON Dr. Joseph W. Westphal, discusses key civilian initiatives with the Deputy Chief Management Officer, Mr. Mark R. Lewis, at the 2011 AUSA Annual Meeting and Exposition at the Department of the Army Civilian luncheon. During the annual address, HON Dr. Westphal discussed key initiative that will significantly impact the Army careers of over 300,000 Army civilians. Following the address, he participated in an awards ceremony to recognize the dedication and selfless service of Department of the Army Civilians. HON Dr. Westphal also visited the U.S. Army Exhibit, booth# 1775, and interacted with Soldiers, Army leaders and industry representatives.
