  • CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait - More than 500 Soldiers gather for a town hall meeting with Sgt. Maj. of the Army Raymond F. Chandler III here Oct. 21. During the meeting, Sgt. Maj. of the Army Chandler addressed troops on upcoming changes to the Army's retention policy, retirement, Army Combat Uniform, and an overall reduction of forces to take place over the next year. Sgt. Maj. of the Army Chandler's visit furthered Third Army's initiative to shape the future by allowing Soldiers, the strength of our nation, to provide essential feedback and voice their insight on how to improve the Army as a whole for years to come.
