Tobyhanna Army Depot, Pa. - Blaise Kroll, electroplating worker, uses an overhead crane to dunk 16 sandblasted rims in zinc phosphate. The plating process creates a filament ofer the steel that protects the rims from rust and helps paint adhere to the metal. Once the rims are plated they are sent to the painting shop.
