Comprehensive Soldier Fitness Program

BG Rhonda Cornum visits Joint Base Lewis-McChord to begin training leaders in the new Comprehensive Soldier Fitness Program. A holistic program that covers the 5 levels of complete fitness; Physical, spiritual, emotional, family, and Social. The Army believs the program will help combat high ptsd and suicide rates, by stopping problem thinking before it starts.
