Army All-American Bowl 2008
Scouting Report: Boubacar Cissoko may not have ideal size, but he maximizes what he does have. He has very fluid hips, and opens up well coming out of his break. He has exceptional closing speed and uses his body and strength to play bigger than he is. Cissoko will often overpower bigger receivers with his toughness. He thrives on the physical aspect of the game, and loves to play press and man-to-man. Statistics/Personal: As a junior, he had 52 tackles, 1 INT and 3 fumble recoveries. He was named MVP of the US Army Junior Combine and the Penn State NIKE Camp after showing impressive 1-1 coverage skills at both. Scout.com Quote: Cissoko gives new meaning to the term lock down cover corner. He plays physical and excels in man coverage. He will knock your head off in run support. College: Committed to Michigan
