FORT BRAGG, N.C. (Aug. 23, 2011) - U.S. Army Forces Command Soldiers and civilians return to their offices after having evacuated Marshall Hall, the new FORSCOM/U.S. Army Reserve Command headquarters, because of tremors felt here at Fort Bragg that were caused by a 5.9-magnitude earthquake centered northwest of Richmond, Va. The occasion provided a real-world opportunity to test the building's evacuation procedures.
