After 58 years of providing child care, the Fort McPherson Child Development Center closed its doors June 30. Nevada Williams, 22 months, daughter of Capt. Nicholas Williams, commander, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, U.S. Army Garrison, was the last patron to leave the center.
