Name: Lian "Probably the only Hispanic without a middle name" Pino, co-op, U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command, Redstone Arsenal, Ala.

Age: 21

Hometown: Wade County, Fla. (Miami)

Years of federal service: Apparently not long enough… August 2010, but I love it!

Education: Will have my Bachelor of Science in May 2012 from Alabama A&M;University (but fully bilingual)

Marital status: Focused! Taken by work

Children: Three roommates and a dog

Activities/hobbies: Soccer is LIFE! Eating, reading, sleeping, and making jewelry.

Favorite movie: I love all movies, but love: Juno, Shrek, Toy Story and The Kingdom

Favorite TV show: Lately been watching "How I Met Your Mother" and "Ghost Whisperer," but I love "The Wonder Years"

Favorite band: Mana, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Cold Play, One Republic, etc.

Favorite thing about working for the Army: In some way I am able to serve my country

What made you want to work for the Army: Opportunities and a challenge, and also able to represent all my fellow Hispanics. In addition, I became interested in contracting and wish to learn more about it.
