Stan Copeland, USAG Grafenwoehr family life chaplain; Garrison Command Sgt. Maj. William Berrios; Pvt.2 David Bennett, 23rd Ordnance Company; and the Joint Multinational Training Command’s Command Sgt. Maj. Dennis Zavodsky ceremoniously cut the cake to honor the Army’s 236th birthday at the Main Post Dining Facility, June 14. In addition to cake, the more than 300 patrons in attendance dined on lobster, steak, shrimp and assorted sides. Copeland and Bennett, who entered the Army July 2, 1969, and Nov. 1, 2010, respectively, were the oldest and youngest Soldiers and thus received the honor of cutting the cake.
