DAVENPORT, IOWA -- Col. Richard Dix, chief of staff for the U.S. Army Sustainment Command, accepted the proclamation of Military Appreciation Week from Mayor Bill Gluba during a meeting of the Davenport City Council on May 11. The proclamation designates May 13-22 as Military Appreciation Week to honor, remember, recognize and appreciate those who have served and are currently serving our country.
