ABERDEEN PROVING GROUND, Md. - Col. Orlando Ortiz, Aberdeen Proving Ground garrison and deputy installation commander, signed proclamations that recognized April as Child Abuse Prevention and Sexual Assault Awareness Month.
The event took place April 4 in the garrison headquarters conference room and was attended by ACS Family Advocacy's Aida Rivera, who coordinated the event.
