Army Chaplain Corps announces new Regimental Sergeant Major
Sgt. Maj. Stephen A. Stott will be the next Chaplain Corps Regimental Sergeant Major. "Sgt. Maj. Stott is the right leader for our Chaplain Corps," said Ch (Maj. Gen.) Douglas Carver, Army Chief of Chaplains. Currently serving as Chief, 56M Personnel Proponency at the United States Army Chaplain Center and School, Fort Jackson, South Carolina, Sgt. Maj. Stott's distinguished service includes combat in Iraq and Grenada. Sgt. Maj. Stott is scheduled for a "change of responsibility" event sometime in June with the currently serving Regimental Sgt. Maj., Tommy Marrero.
