REDSTONE ARESENAL, Ala. -- Richard Russell, deputy G-2 security operations, of the U.S. Army Materiel Command received the National Intelligence Certificate of Distinction during a ceremony at the Headquarters of the Director of National Intelligence on March 31.
As the Director of Intelink, the Enterprise Information Technology center for the U.S. Intelligence Community, Russell and a team designed, created, tested, and delivered a highly critical information technology to deployed forces in Afghanistan within 90 days of initiation.
