FORT BENNING, Ga. - The commander of the 3rd Heavy Brigade Combat Team, 3rd Infantry Division, Col. Pete Jones passes the 3rd Squadron, 1st Cavalry Regiment's guidon to Lt. Col. Andrew Hilmes during 3/1 Cav. Regt. change of command ceremony at Kelley Hill, Jan. 7. Hilmes assumed command of the battalion from Lt. Col. Chris Kennedy.
