Peter Chiarelli, Army Vice Chief of Staff, applauds after presenting the Pete Dawkins Most Valuable Player trophy to Demetrius Hart during the U.S. Army All-American Bowl at the Alamodome Jan. 8. The East squad defeated the West in a comeback 13-10 victory at the Bowl, the nation's premier high school football game.
