U.S. Army TACOM Life Cycle Management Command was ranked as one of Michigan's top 105 workplaces by one of the country's leading sources of employee information and research.

The recognition from the Detroit Free Press in partnership with the employee research firm, Workplace Dynamics, recognizes workplaces that score particularly well in 6 areas:

The U.S. Army TACOM LCMC was the only federal government agency in Michigan to be selected for the list. The U.S. Army TACOM LCMC was also one of only two military installations in the country to be named to the 2010 top workplaces list. The recognition is given in 18 other cities around the country to include San Antonio, Philadelphia and Houston.

According to the Top Workplaces study, the 105 Michigan companies selected have workers that feel that the company is going in the right direction, have strong leaders and are doing things ethically. The top workplaces also know how to make workers feel valued and appreciated.
