Mayor, garrison commander sign community covenant

DONGDUCHEON, South Korea - Col. Hank Dodge, U.S. Army Garrison Red Cloud commander, shakes hands with Dongducheon City Mayor Oh Sea-chang, after signing a community covenant memorandum of agreement for mutural cooperation between Dongducheon and the garrison at Dongducheon City Hall Nov. 17. In the covenant, the leaders of both communities agree to promote goodwill and friendship through a series of language, cultural exchange, volunteer and other events and social programs.
