The U.S. Army Drill Team to Perform During Falcons Half-Time Show
The U.S. Army Drill Team is scheduled to perform during half-time festivities at the Atlanta Falcons game against the Cincinnati Bengals, at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta, Ga., on Sunday, Oct. 24. The Army Drill Team is set to perform between six and seven minutes of their standard drill performance during the patriotic half-time show. The Falcons home game is scheduled to begin at 1 p.m., EST. The U.S. Army Drill Team most recently performed for National Football League audiences during the Pittsburgh Steelers home opener against the Atlanta Falcons in Pittsburgh, Pa., on Sept. 12. The U.S. Army Drill Team is one of the 3rd U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard)'s renowned specialty units. Traveling around the world as "good-will ambassadors," these Soldiers and their performances are one of the finest examples of what dedicated training and teamwork produces in today's Army.
