APG-Edgewood hosts blood drive Sept. 2

ABERDEEN PROVING GROUND, Md. -- The U.S. Public Health Command has joined Edgewood Chemical and Biological Center and Medical Research Institute of Chemical Defense in sponsoring a Fiesta-themed Armed Services Blood Program drive scheduled for Thursday, Sept. 2, at the Stark Recreation Center, Bldg E-4140, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The Stark Recreation Center is on Austin Road in Edgewood, in the same building that houses the South Side Grill.
Relax and donate as you listen to some great Spanish music. Afterwards, enjoy some snacks and earn fiesta-themed thank you gifts by donating the "gift of life."
