I don't see numbers and categories and statistics. I see men and women, individuals who are willing to serve. How do you categorize heart' You can't. You can't underestimate heart, and patriotism and courage. We are an institution that invests in people. An institution that has discipline and values, and drill sergeants and leaders there to train, motivate and mentor. So when do you grade the quality of the force' I think it's America's grade when we recruit these brave young men and women. It's the Army's grade when they graduate from AIT (Advanced Individual Training).
