Romagnoli, commander, Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion (HHBN), 25th Infantry Division (left), speaks to a formation of HHBN Soldiers during a battalion inactivation, reorganization and redesignation ceremony at Sills Field, here, May 18. The 25th Special Troops Battalion officially became HHBN during the ceremony and the battalion, and its subordinate companies, retired their former colors, adopting new guidons to represent their organizations.
