"Capabilities for Army Future Force" writing contest seeks entries

The Army Capabilities Integration Center (ARCIC) is seeking original, unpublished papers about "Capabilities Needed for the Army Future Force, 2025 & Beyond" as part of the public debate of defense-related issues.

ARCIC and AUSA are co-sponsoring a writing contest again this year, and submission of quality manuscripts is encouraged. Papers must be between 5,000 and 10,000 words, with a one-page synopsis and biography of the author. A,A

The deadline for submission is 31 May 2010. A cash prize of $1,000 will be awarded to the winner. All papers will be submitted to AUSA's Institute of Land Warfare for possible publication. A,A
