RODRIGUEZ LIVE FIRE COMPLEX, South Korea - Combat units from the 2nd Infantry Division participated in a live fire exercise here April 14.

Senior Republic of Korea and United States military officials watched as AH-64 Apache Longbow attack helicopters fired missiles at various targets on the range.

Eighth U.S. Army Commanding General Lt. Gen. Joseph F. Fil, Jr., and 2nd ID Commanding General Maj. Gen. Michael S. Tucker both visited the range to observe the exercise and meet with the Soldiers involved.

The live fire training exercise honed the ROK-U.S. Alliance's ability to defend the Republic of Korea and maintain stability in Northeast Asia.

The Rodriguez Live Fire Complex enables Soldiers to train for full-spectrum combat operations.
