Ceremony commemorates new building on post
Col. Sylvester Cotton (left), commander of the United States Army Information Systems Engineering Command and Col. Jeffery Mockenstum, product manager for the Defense Communication and Army Transmission Systems cut a ribbon to commemorate a new building that will house the Combat-Service Support Automated Information Systems Interface and DCATS. The CAISI allows Combat Service Support automation systems to electronically exchange information with Logistical Support Areas, and the DCATS team provides warfighter communications systems and services that enable information dominance.
