Favorite thing about the Army: Working with Soldiers, flying helicopters, and the fact that my job is always changing.
What I've learned being a Soldier: It would take a book to write what I have learned as a Soldier and that would only scratch the surface, but one thing that jumps out at me in thinking of this question is that in being led and being in leadership positions, that if you take care of your Soldiers that they will take very good care of you and accomplish every mission to a high degree of professionalism.
What inspires you to be a Soldier: The greatest joy and inspiration I get in being a Soldier is to be a part of and observe the personal growth of the young Soldiers that join our Army and with whom I have had the privilege to serve.
