FORT RUCKER, Ala. -- Children everywhere eagerly anticipate Christmas Day. Earlier this month, fifth graders from Teresa Vaughn's Fort Rucker Elementary School class shared what they hope Santa Claus will place under their trees this year.

Rebecca Killian's Fort Rucker Primary School kindergarten students wrote letters to Santa Claus also expressing their wish lists.
