FORT BRAGG, NC - Maj. Gen. David A. Morris, commanding general of the U.S. Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), reflects on his years of leadership with the command as he prepares to make his last official parachute jump with USACAPOC(A) here on Aug 28 2009. He is set to be the deputy director and joint force trainer for doctrine and joint capabilities development at U.S. Joint Forces Command (USJFCOM).
