Sgt. Maj. of the Army visits USASMA Nonresident Course students
Sgt. Maj. of the Army Kenneth O. Preston met with students from the United States Sergeants Major Academy Nonresident Course to discuss their future as sergeants major. Preston discussed recruitment and retainment as well as the challenges the Army faces. "Your credentials are being a graduate of this institution and that says a lot about you and that says a lot about your qualifications," said Preston. The nonresident course consists of two phases, an online portion and a 2-week in-resident portion. (Photo by U.S. Army Spc. Jonathan W. Thomas, 16th MPAD)
