Grippe, Multi-National Corps-Iraq senior enlisted leader, speaks to Soldiers of Company A, 1st Battalion, 161st Infantry Regiment from Kent, Wash., and the 699th Maintenance Company from Fort Irwin, Calif., at Joint Base Balad, Iraq July 22.
