TOBYHANNA ARMY DEPOT, Pa. -Tobyhanna Sgt. Maj. Kelvin Spencer and the Blue Force Tracking HUMVEE led the Tobyhanna contingent in Scranton's annual Armed Forces/Veterans Day Parade in Scranton on May 16.

Also representing Tobyhanna in the parade were members of the Tobyhanna Veterans Council, Tobyhanna chapter of the Association of the United States Army, 22 Soldiers from the 80th Command, High Tech Training Center and members of the Tobyhanna Middle School and Teen program. The Directorate of Business Management also staffed a Tobyhanna display at Courthouse Square near the parade reviewing stand.

Tobyhanna Army Depot is the Defense Department's largest center for the repair, overhaul and fabrication of a wide variety of electronics systems and components, from tactical field radios to the ground terminals for the defense satellite communications network. Tobyhanna's missions support all branches of the Armed Forces.

About 5,600 personnel are employed at Tobyhanna, which is located in the Pocono Mountains of northeastern Pennsylvania. T
