WASHINGTON (Feb. 4, 2016) -- His Excellency Juan Manuel Santos, President of Colombia, participated in an Armed Forces Full Honors Wreath-Laying Ceremony with Maj. Gen. Bradley A. Becker, U.S. Army Military District of Washington commanding general, to honor America's fallen at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery, Va., Feb. 4, 2016.

His Excellency is scheduled to meet with President Barack Obama to hold a bilateral meeting and a commemoration of 15 years of bipartisan cooperation and to celebrate the successful partnership between the United States and Colombia.
