WASHINGTON (Jan. 8, 2016) -- Col. William D. McGarrity, Joint Force Headquarters - National Capital Region/U.S. Army Military District of Washington chief of staff, presents the Commanders Award for Civilian Service to Ernestine Saint Louis, JFHQ-NCR/MDW staff action control officer, during an award ceremony held at Fort Lesley J. McNair.
Saint Louis served in the command from March 2011 through January 2016. She made tremendous improvements in efficiency and attentiveness, which increased the productivity level and accuracy within the Staff Action Control Office.
