U.S. Army's European training command to hold change of responsibility Nov. 20.

GRAFENWOEHR, Germany (Nov. 12, 2015) -- The U.S. Army's 7th Army Joint Multinational Training Command will hold a change of responsibility ceremony at 3 p.m. on the Grafenwoehr parade field, Nov. 20.

Command Sgt. Maj. Jeffrey R. Huggins will hand over responsibility as the senior enlisted advisor to Command Sgt. Maj. Jeffrey D. Sweezer.

Huggins has served as the JMTC's senior enlisted advisor since Feb. 2013. During his tenure, he has played a key role in shaping multinational exercises and the training support provided to Operation Atlantic Resolve in Eastern Europe. Huggins has also been active in the quality-of-life improvements for U.S. Army rotational forces deployed to Grafenwoehr in the form of upgrades to the barracks, fitness center, and USO facilities.

Huggins will now assume responsibility as the new deputy commandant of the U.S. Army Sergeants Major Academy, located at Fort Bliss, Texas.

Sweezer's most recent assignment was as the command sergeant major of the 2nd Stryker Brigade Combat Team, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii.
