This year, National Surgical Technologists Week is Sept. 20-26. As part of their celebration, surgical techs at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital hosted a skills fair focused on patient safety and ensuring the newest technicians were comfortable with the instruments and process to assist in the operating room.
