The Post Exchange refill pharmacy will be relocating to a dedicated refills-only window at the main pharmacy.
Patrons who have phoned-in refills or utilized the TRICARE Online Web refill service 24-hours in advance will be able to pick a special ticket to take advantage of the refills-only window at the new consolidated location.
This change means that patrons will have access to a pharmacist on site who can answer questions or concerns about their refills.
This one-stop shop for prescription refills will also allow patrons with both new and refill prescriptions to pick up everything they need in a single location.
Consolidating the refill services with the main pharmacy also allows the Raymond W. Bliss Army Health Center pharmacy to operate more efficiently, providing faster service, and ensuring that the organization is being the best possible steward of taxpayer dollars.
The PX refill pharmacy will stay open until noon on Friday, Oct. 2. The refills window will re-open at the main health center pharmacy at 8 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 5.
