FORT HUACHUCA, Arizona -- Col. Thomas Boone, Fort Huachuca Garrison commander, presents Mary Skinner, a Data Reduction Specialist at the U.S. Army Electronic Proving Ground (USAEPG), with the Civilian of the Month Award along with the Army Civilian Achievement Medal, June 30 at Fort Huachuca, Arizona. Skinner is another in a long line of USAEPG employees who have received the Civilian of the Month Award eight times between October of fiscal year 2013 and June of fiscal year 2015. USAEPG employees also won the Civilian of the year award twice in fiscal years 2013 and 2014. USAEPG employees must be doing something right. USAEPG is the Army's designated developmental tester for networking and communication systems, located on Fort Huachuca.
