A special Twilight Tattoo to recognize five Americans for their outstanding service in support of the United States Army and award them with the Outstanding Civilian Service Award is being held April 14th at Whipple Field, Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall (JMB-HH), Va.

*** In case of rain, the show will be INDOORS at Conmy Hall, Bldg. 241, Sheridan Ave. JBM-HH.

The award is the third-highest public service honor the Army can bestow upon a civilian and remarks will be provided during the program by Gen. Odierno, 38th Chief of Staff of the Army.

Odierno will recognize the following awardees: Mr. Scott Davis, United Parcel Service (UPS); Mr. Bud Selig, Major League Baseball Commissioner; Mr. Matthew Zames, Chief Operating Officer, JP Morgan Chase; Mr. Stephen Colbert, The Colbert Report; and Mr. Morrill Worcester, Wreaths Across America.
