The bond between siblings is extra-special, even more so when they are going through Basic Combat Training at the same time.

In honor of National Siblings Day, we are highlighting the Boozer brothers of 1st Battalion, 48th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Chemical Brigade.

Although they are in different companies they take comfort in knowing their brother is just in the barracks next door.

"I understand why we can't see one another. I look forward to seeing how the Army has changed him." Pvt. Rondell Boozer said. "We will definitely have a lot to talk about after graduation."

Younger brother, Pvt. Daquan Boozer, said the Army is a Family affair. "My father is getting ready to retire from the Army. He set us up with a recruiter. My brother and I have always been competitive, so this is perfect for us," said Pvt. Daquan Boozer.

Following graduation the brothers are headed to different installations for Advanced Individual Training.
