ANSBACH, Germany -- U.S. Army Garrison Ansbach's family life chaplain led a training session for pregnant Soldiers, titled "Survival Skills for Healthy Families," March 26, 2015, at Katterbach Chapel.

Chaplain (Maj.) Sean Moore conducted the one-hour block of instruction for the Soldiers, who receive classroom instruction each week during their physical training hour to prepare them for postpartum life.

The USAG Ansbach community health nurse also joined the discussion, and Family Advocacy promoted their upcoming Community Baby Shower as a resource for these new mothers and mothers-to-be.

In addition to the training, the Catholic Women of the Chapel prepared breakfast foods served on real china, gave each Soldier a small, hand-crafted gift and message of encouragement and hope, and showered them all with plenty of attention.
