JOINT BASE SAN ANTONIO-FORT SAM HOUSTON, Texas -- (Jan. 16, 2015) The January 2015 issue of The MICC Communicator featuring a new interactive design is now available to download and viewable online.

Changes in format and frequency are being implemented with this month's publication. The MICC Communicator will be published monthly to allow more timely communication of news from the Mission and Installation Contracting Command. The format moves away from a traditional magazine style to a one-page publication featuring hyperlinks to full-length articles and images posted to the command's public website on Army.mil.

This month's issue highlights the efforts by a small business specialist to go out of her way to assist a customer; a contract specialist whose research may be a game changer; small business successes and outreach at installations across the MICC; and a closer look at two acquisition professionals.

The MICC Communicator also includes an editorial by the commanding general outlining the tools in use throughout the command that makes the MICC a great place to work.
