WATERVLIET ARSENAL, N.Y. (Dec. 3, 2014) -- U.S. Army Gen. Dennis L. Via, commanding general of the Army Materiel Command, as well as Maj. Gen. Gwen Bingham, commanding general of TACOM LCMC, took an opportunity today to go beyond the traditional holiday greetings and personally talk to machinists about the great manufacturing work they are doing to support our troops.
