Tripler Army Medical Center (TAMC) sits atop the Moanaloa Ridge nestled between U.S. hospital ship USNS Mercy (right) (T-AH 19) and Chinese People's Liberation Army Navy (PLA(N)) hospital ship Peace Ark (left) (T-AH 886) as seen from the shore at Ford Island. Both ships are in Pearl Harbor taking part in Rim of the Pacific (RIMPAC) on July 11, 2014. TAMC took part in the Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief Medical Response portion of the exercise.
